Meet the Team - Warmline Insulation Co.

Meet the Burbank Team Behind Warmline Insulation Co.

We’re a local crew, not a rotating cast of subcontractors. Every tech who steps into a Burbank attic works for Warmline full time, wears our uniform, and answers to Neil directly. Most of us live within 20 minutes of the shop. That matters when you call at 9pm on a July night and your upstairs is 89 degrees because the old insulation has settled to R-9. We know these houses. Many of us grew up in them. The team below is who you’ll actually see on the job, and they’re the reason our 90-Day Done Right Promise means something real.

Our People

Miguel R., Lead Technician

Miguel has been with Warmline for 11 years, starting back when the company was still running jobs out of Neil’s pickup. He’s our lead on spray foam and crawl space encapsulation, the two services where a half-inch mistake turns into a homeowner’s nightmare. Miguel holds his BPI Building Analyst certification and has logged more than 900 attic retrofits across Burbank, Glendale, and North Hollywood. He keeps a small notebook in his truck where he sketches every attic layout before quoting. Ask him about the 1940s bungalow in Magnolia Park where the previous owner had stuffed denim jeans into the rafter bays as insulation. Miguel still brings that story up at least once a season.

Dana K., Senior Installer

Dana specializes in blown-in fiberglass and attic air sealing. She’s the person who crawls to the far corner of a low-slope attic on a 105-degree day without complaint, mostly because she’s been doing this since 2013 and genuinely enjoys the precision work. Dana is Owens Corning certified and handles our Rockwool and CertainTeed installs as well. She’s also our lead on radiant barrier projects, which she’ll tell you is the closest thing to a science experiment in the insulation world when done right. Outside work, Dana restores mid-century furniture, which explains why her installs always look like someone cared about the finish details.

Sam T., Service Coordinator

Sam is the voice on the phone most days, and no, it’s not a script. He’s been with Warmline since 2016 and coordinates every Burbank-area schedule. Sam used to run installs himself, so when you describe a cold draft near the baseboards or a bedroom that won’t hold temperature, he knows exactly which service you need before he books it. He’s the one who tracks the 90-Day Done Right Promise on every job and follows up after completion to make sure nothing got missed. Sam keeps a whiteboard in the office with a running list of which asphalt-shingle roofs in Burbank will be too hot to work under by noon in August.

Priya N., Insulation Apprentice

Priya joined the crew in 2023 after spending three years doing general residential construction. She’s working through her BPI training under Miguel and already runs point on attic cleaning and rodent-proofing jobs, which means she’s the first one under the eaves looking for entry points. Priya grew up in a 1960s tract home near Verdugo Park where the attic insulation was original and barely covered the joists, and she remembers exactly how that house felt in winter. That’s not a scripted line. It’s why she does this work. When she’s not on a ladder, she’s studying for her HERS rater exam.

One Standard, Every Job

Every Warmline tech goes through the same training before they run a job solo, and every job gets the same walkthrough at the end: we inspect the work with you before we pack up, we photograph the install, and we log it in your service file. If something isn’t right within 90 days, we come back and fix it. That’s the Done Right Promise, and it only works because the people above are accountable to it by name. Neil Ashford signs every work order personally, and he’s the one you’ll hear from if anything falls short. Most jobs are completed in a single visit. When we say a live person answers the phone 24/7, that person is Sam or someone just like him, not a call center. The materials we install, Owens Corning, Rockwool, CertainTeed, Icynene, Demilec, Johns Manville, Knauf, GreenFiber, are the same brands any honest contractor would recommend. The difference is who’s putting them in. That’s the whole pitch.
